Master Replicas Opens Pre-Orders for a Light-Up Ori Warship — Due April 2027
The Ori are coming to collectors' shelves. Master Replicas has opened pre-orders for a Stargate SG-1 Ori Warship die-cast model, based on the ships flown by the villains of SG-1's final two seasons. It is listed at £84.99 on the Master Replicas UK store and is due to ship to customers in April 2027.
According to the product listing, the model is made from the original Stargate SG-1 visual effects files, so its curved hull matches the ship as it appeared on screen. It also lights up: the energy ball at the heart of the ship glows, powered by batteries and controlled by a hidden on/off switch. The model is built from die-cast metal and ABS, measures 220mm (8.66") long, 100mm (3.94") wide and 48mm (1.89") high, and comes with a display stand.
The listing recalls the ship's debut in "Camelot," the Season 9 finale, in which four Ori warships came through the Supergate and tore through a combined fleet of Earth, Asgard, Jaffa and Tok'ra ships. Master Replicas pitches the Ori ship as a companion to its Asgard warship O'Neill and Thor's Bilskirnir. The company says the current images are digital renders that will be replaced with product photography during development, and that the model is a display collectible not suitable for anyone under 14.
