BlueBrixx Lists Six New Stargate Sets — Including Atlantis's Gate Room, Destiny and a Goa'uld Symbiote
BlueBrixx has added six new officially licensed Stargate building sets to its online store, spanning SG-1, Atlantis and Universe. All six are marked "coming soon" on the BlueBrixx site, with no release date or pre-orders yet; shoppers can sign up to be notified when they become available. French fan site Stargate-Fusion reported the new listings on October 16.
The biggest is the Atlantis Gate Room (item 108655), a 3,120-piece modular build of the city's gate room and its overlooking control area, listed at €159.95 with five minifigures, according to Stargate-Fusion. Also from Atlantis is a 1,011-piece minifigure-scale Puddle Jumper (item 108462), listed at €49.95 and measuring 300 × 300 × 168 mm.
From Stargate Universe come two display models: Destiny (item 110340, 859 pieces, €59.95) and the Vanguard Ship (item 110341, 215 pieces, €19.95), the uncrewed Ancient seed ship that travelled ahead of Destiny. SG-1 fans get a 250-piece Jaffa Battlepack (item 110338, €29.95) with staff weapons, spears and helmet variants, and a 400-piece display model of a Goa'uld symbiote (item 109152, €19.95) coiled on a sand-coloured base.
The new sets follow BlueBrixx's earlier Stargate releases, including its Atlantis set, which sold out over the summer. Prices quoted are the euro prices reported by Stargate-Fusion; BlueBrixx has not yet announced when the six sets will ship.
