Stargate has picked up another free streaming home. According to a September 24 report from Cord Cutters News, the complete run of Stargate Atlantis — all five seasons and 80 episodes — is now available to watch free on YouTube, alongside Roland Emmerich's original 1994 Stargate feature film. Both are offered under an ad-supported model, so viewers sit through occasional commercial breaks rather than paying a subscription.

Atlantis is presented on YouTube as a dedicated show page with its seasons laid out in order, which is how the platform surfaces studio-licensed series in its free, ad-supported film and TV catalogue. Cord Cutters News did not say which countries the free stream covers; YouTube licenses that catalogue territory by territory, so availability may differ outside the US. Collider also picked up the story, framing the YouTube release as Stargate "officially" finding a new free streaming home in the wake of Amazon's scrapped revival series.

The timing adds to a notable run for the Pegasus-galaxy spin-off. Earlier this month, Stargate Atlantis climbed to the top of MGM+'s worldwide chart, with SG-1 and Universe close behind — a reminder, three months after Amazon MGM Studios cancelled Martin Gero's new series, that audiences are still turning up for the franchise wherever it lands.
